We build businesses for the long term and manage them closely.
Graymont Group brings its operating companies under common ownership and management. Each business serves its own market and is led by its own team. The group sets strategy, allocates capital, provides shared services and oversight, and stands behind the commitments its companies make.
Our companies serve corporate and institutional clients in Ghana and across West Africa. They are built to be dependable, and they are managed to the same standards of governance, reporting and client service.

Emmanuel Kwadwo Boakye
Group Chief Executive
Emmanuel built Graymont from a clearing and forwarding business at Tema into the group it is today, adding each company when clients kept asking for something we could not yet do. He chairs the board of every company in the group and spends most of his week with clients rather than in the office. Before Graymont he worked his way up from documentation clerk to general manager at a shipping agency.
Abena Konadu Asare
Group Finance Director
Abena looks after the group's money: treasury, reporting, tax and the annual audit, along with the financing behind our larger vehicle and property deals. She is a chartered accountant and spent eight years in corporate banking before joining us. Her rule is that no company in the group takes on debt it cannot service from its own cash flow.
Ekow Quansah
Group Operations Director
Ekow is responsible for how the companies run day to day, including procurement, safety and the shared services they all draw on. He trained as a mechanical engineer at KNUST and managed port and haulage operations in Takoradi and Tema for more than a decade.
Nii Lante Tetteh
Group Strategy Director
Nii Lante looks after new markets, acquisitions and partnerships. Before Graymont he advised companies in Ghana and Côte d'Ivoire on mergers and market entry. He holds an MBA from the University of Ghana Business School and leads our work on cross-border trade.
Selorm Agbeko
Group Technology Director
Selorm oversees Graymont Technologies and the systems every company in the group runs on, from finance software to fleet tracking. He studied computer engineering at KNUST and built software teams in Accra and Lagos before joining us in 2020.

Graymont Logistics and Graymont Autos were established to provide freight services and vehicle supply.

Graymont Energy was launched to deliver commercial-scale solar installations.

Graymont Strategic Advisory was formed to advise organisations on strategy, regulation and governance in Ghana and West Africa.

Technology
Graymont Technologies was established to provide software engineering and managed IT services to the group and to external clients.
