Overview

Graymont Autos supplies vehicles to corporate clients and operates a managed rental fleet. The company sources vehicles from North America and Europe, manages shipping and customs clearance, and delivers each vehicle registered, insured and ready for use.

Vehicles are purchased through established dealerships and auction houses and are selected to meet both the client's specification and Ghana's import regulations. Freight and marine insurance are arranged through Graymont Logistics, and clients receive progress reports throughout transit.

Clearance at Tema Port is handled by the company's own clearing staff, who manage documentation, duty assessment and release. Registration with the DVLA, roadworthiness inspection and insurance are completed before delivery.

The company also maintains a fleet of late-model vehicles for short-term and long-term executive rental. Fleet clients are assigned a single point of contact for scheduling, maintenance and renewals.

As part of Graymont Group, the company draws on the group's freight rates, port access and clearance capability, which shorten delivery times for its clients.
